Corrections Policy

Getting it right is the job. When we get something wrong, the correction goes up visibly, timestamped, and it stays up — attached to the story, not buried.

How it works

1. Flag it. Readers, creators, and subjects can flag an error through TESSERA or by writing to hello@gnosvia.com. Every flag is read by Nef, who owns the desk and is responsible for what we publish.

2. Verify it. The desk re-runs the filter on the disputed claim — primary source, named incentive, tier label.

3. Publish it. Confirmed errors get a correction notice at the top of the story with the date and what changed. The original error is never silently edited away.
